Dr. Ratnakar Mehendre, the esteemed founder of our company, brings a wealth of expertise and experience to our leadership team. With a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Bombay College of Pharmacy, University of Mumbai, Dr. Ratnakar has dedicated over 30 years to advancing the pharmaceutical industry.
His extensive career spans across drug discovery, formulation development, and international business development. Dr. Ratnakar has made significant contributions to the field, holding 10 patents and authoring nearly 30 publications. His commitment to innovation and excellence is further demonstrated by his active involvement on the Board of Studies at the Bombay College of Pharmacy, where he also conducts viva voce examinations for PhD students at various institutes including ICT and BCP.
Additionally, Dr. Ratnakar serves on the Indian Pharmacopoeia Committee, ensuring the highest standards in pharmaceutical practices. He is also an alumnus of the Executive MBA program at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM-Ahmedabad), further enhancing his leadership and strategic skills.

Sonali Mehendre holds a degree in Pharmacy and has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM). With a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in both science and management, she adeptly oversees the administrative tasks of our company. Her efficiency and dedication ensure smooth operations and contribute significantly to our continued success.
Dr. Vivek N Allahbadia Advisor
Dr. Vivek N Allahbadia has been at the forefront of joint replacement surgery in Mumbai since 1998. He completed his MS Orthopaedics from the KEM Hospital, Parel, and further specialized with an MCh in Orthopaedics from the University of Dundee, UK. Currently, he practices at PD Hinduja Hospital, Khar Division, where he has earned a reputation for excellence and innovation.
