Refund and Returns Policy
If you believe there is a flaw or damage to your product, or if it was compromised during the delivery process, kindly reach out to us via email within 24 hours of receiving the item. Send your email to info@shubanpharma.in with the following details:
- Complaint Order Number
- Invoice Number
- Specify if you are a Shuban Pharma Tribe Member
- Provide details of your request or complaint
- Include images or videos supporting the complaint, with Batch details clearly visible
For issues like non-sealed/leakage/broken products, please share clear images or videos of the affected items, spillage (if any), mono-carton, and outer packaging. Additionally, for claims about a tampered seal, include images showing evidence of tampering.
If the received product is empty, has less volume, is missing, or is the wrong product, provide clear images or videos along with spillage evidence. For cases of dirty internal and outer packaging, include images or videos of the entire open package.
Mono carton refers to the Shuban Pharma box/packaging, while outer packaging refers to the larger box containing the entire order. Images of both are essential for processing claims.
Upon receiving all necessary details, our team will take 3 working days to respond to your complaint. If your exchange is approved, you will receive an authorization number, and we will arrange for the product’s reverse pick-up. For product refunds, once approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
All products for exchange must be returned in the original packaging during the reverse pick-up, accompanied by the original receipt and a document containing dispatch address, customer name and address, order number, and package contents. Email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment with our Customer Care representative.
After our warehouse team receives the package, the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours, and you will be informed of the new consignment tracking details.
Note: Gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Shuban Pharma Online is not liable for damages after delivery.
Product Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about product quality, email us at info@shubanpharma.in within 7 days of receiving the product with the following details:
- Order number
- Product with quality issue
- Specify if you are a Shuban Pharma Tribe Member
- Details of your request
- Images or videos supporting the complaint, including the back label with Batch details
Upon receiving your email, we will review it within 24 to 48 hours and connect you with an in-house product expert within 2 working days. Depending on the situation, our customer team representative will request to have the product sent back to our factory for quality assessment. The quality report will be available within 7 working days from receiving the product.
Products for inspection must be accompanied during the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document containing dispatch address, customer name and address, order number, and package contents. Email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment with our Customer Care representative.
If the product passes the test and matches the complaint, we will initiate the return/exchange process within 7 days of the consignment being received by our quality inspection team. The overall quality inspection process, from pick-up to the final response, will take around 3 weeks.
Please note that damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered. Exchange due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange for reasons such as personal dislike of the product, fragrance, or color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues is not applicable. No cash refunds are permitted.
